Terms of Service

Use of services from BCRCHINA are subject to the following terms and conditions. By agreeing to purchase or receive services from BCRCHINA, you accept all following terms and conditions, without limitation or qualification. The services means all services supplied by BCRCHINA to Customer.

Basis

Unless otherwise agreed by BCRCHINA in writing, Terms apply exclusively to every agreement for the services by BCRCHINA to Customer and cannot be varied or supplanted by any other terms or conditions without the prior written.

Charges and Payment

Payment for services can be made by Cash, Bank Transfer, Paypal, Cheque after the completion of services.

Any onsite service is chargeable, and charged in 1hr after the 1st hr, Any part thereof is chargeable at the same rate as 1hr.

All replacement parts supplied by BCRCHINA are charged separately from services.

Travel Fee

Travel fee is various for onsite work performed within Beijing.

Travel fee will be charged variously if onsite work performed in Tianjin, Qingdao, Dalian, Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Xi'an, Guangzhou or any other city.

Performance of Service

We provide IT support service 24x7x365.

General working time is Mon.-Fri. 9:00-17:00 (not include holidays), Additional rate will be charged for other time.

BCRCHINA will charge 200CNY call out fee if customer cancel the service after tech has been dispatched onsite or the problem is unrepairable.

Any period or date for delivery of services stated by BCRCHINA is intended as estimate only and is not a contractual commitment.

Warranties

BCRCHINA does not warrant that it will be able to fix all problems it diagnoses.

Computer and network system is complicated and varied, BCRCHINA does not guarantee some solved problems will not appeared again in future.

Our technician usual needs 2-6hrs reach to your site after customer's request call, and may delay more hours or next day service when receive request at nightfall and traffic jam, etc.
